Denise Richards stepped out with what appeared to be a fresh new black eye — days after estranged husband Aaron Phypers called the cops on her.
In photos obtained by Page Six, the “Wild Things” actress was seen running errands in Calabasas, Calif., on Tuesday with apparent bruising around her right eye and a scrape under her chin. She wore a navy blue trucker hat and a gray ribbed midi dress and carried a large luxury bag, a bottle of water and a jacket.
The “Denise Richards and her Wild Things” star appeared subdued during the outing.
Sources told TMZ on Wednesday that the appearance of bruising was “just lighting and shadow” and that the reality TV star had recently had cosmetic treatments including a PRP injection and micro-needling.
A rep for Richards did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.
On Sunday, Phypers — who is in the midst of a contentious divorce with Richards — called the cops after she allegedly showed up at his family’s Calabasas home unannounced.
In dispatch audio obtained by People on Tuesday, Phypers told police he had “fear” for his parents when she arrived.
The Bravolebrity allegedly pounded on the door when she arrived and demanded that his parents leave — but Phypers claimed he exited through a side door, while a sibling positioned himself behind her vehicle until cops arrived to speak to her.
No crime was found to have been committed and no arrests were made in the alleged incident.
The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” alum, 54, has an active restraining order against Phypers, 52. In her July filing, she included a photo of herself with a badly bruised left eye, and alleged domestic violence “throughout” the relationship.
“Throughout our relationship, Aaron would frequently violently choke me, violently squeeze my head with both hands, tightly squeeze my arms, violently slap me in my face and head, aggressively slam my head into the bathroom towel rack, threaten to kill me, hold me down with his knee on my back to the point where I would have to plead with him to get off me so that he would not kill me and hack into my laptop and phone and download all of my text messages,” she alleged in court documents obtained by Page Six.
Last month, the mom of three also accused Phypers of violating the temporary restraining order by stealing her private images via her cell phone and laptop, and asked a judge to compel Phypers to “return to [her] all pictures, recordings and cell phones of [hers],” per documents obtained by Page Six.
She also asked that Phypers be barred from “using, delivering, copying, printing, or disclosing any text messages, emails, photos, notes or other content from my cell phone or laptop or any other of my electronic devices.”
Phypers — who filed for divorce from the “Drop Dead Gorgeous” star on July 7 — denied all of Richards’ claims and has leveled his own set of allegations.
The actor accused Richards of having an affair with her “Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test” coach, Rudy Reyes, and of suffering from a Vicodin addiction.
Phypers and Richards married in 2018 — Richards was previously married to Charlie Sheen, with whom she shares daughters Sami, 21, and Lola, 20. She’s also mom to adopted daughter Eloise, 13.
